## Description

* Du lernst und arbeitest im Rahmen deiner 3-jährigen Ausbildung im IT-Bereich der AOK PLUS und AOK Bayern und bekommst dabei hautnah mit, welche entscheidende Rolle IT für die Arbeit von Gesundheitskassen spielt.
 * Du eignest dir fundierte IT-Kenntnisse vorrangig in den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Programmierung und Systemtests an.
 * Du unterstützt Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei IT-Fragen, analysierst Fehler und Störungen und arbeitest aktiv an nachhaltigen Lösungen sowie deren Dokumentation mit.
 * Du lernst moderne Arbeitsweisen kennen und übernimmst zunehmend eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld.
 * Du wirst während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit persönlich betreut und in der Vorbereitung auf deine Abschlussprüfung (inkl. IHK-Projektarbeit) durch uns unterstützt.
 * In Fachrunden, Schulungen und gemeinsamen Projekten hast du die Möglichkeit, dein Wissen kontinuierlich auszubauen und wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen zu sammeln.
