Ausbildungsinhalte
Die Ausbildung zum*zur Fachinformatiker*in erfolgt bei der Stadt Troisdorf im Hauptamt im Bereich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik. Fachinformatiker*innen setzen fachspezifische Anforderungen in komplexe Hard- und Softwaresysteme um. Sie analysieren, planen und realisieren informations- und telekommunikationstechnische Systeme. Kunden, Benutzern und Kollegen stehen sie für fachliche Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung zur Verfügung. Die Betreuung der Außenstellen wie beispielsweise die zahlreichen Kindertageseinrichtungen gehören dabei genauso zum Aufgabengebiet in Rahmen des Außendienstes wie die Serviceleistungen vor Ort im Rathaus.
Die theoretische Ausbildung erfolgt, je nach Ausbildungsjahr, an ein oder zwei Tagen in der Woche, am in Bonn.Heinrich-Hertz-Europakolleg
