Damit passt du zu uns:

 * 6-8+ Jahre Erfahrung in Software Engineering (davon idealerweise AI/LLM Umfeld)
 * Du denkst in Systemen, nicht in Features
 * Sehr starke Python Skills (Django oder vergleichbar)
 * Erfahrung mit: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude etc.), AI-Systemdesign (nicht nur Nutzung)
 * Evaluationsmethoden & Observability
 * Du verstehst wie man AI zuverlässig macht und wie man Trade-offs zwischen Geschwindigkeit & Qualität entscheidet
 * Du arbeitest extrem eigenverantwortlich und brauchst wenig Guidance
 * Du bist jemand, der Dinge wirklich shipped - nicht nur diskutiert
