Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks, change impact analysis, and platform rollout coordination. In-depth knowledge of Agile delivery tools and planning suites (specifically Azure DevOps or Jira/Confluence) for tracking sprints, epics, and work velocity. Demonstrated track record in release governance, including establishing deployment gateways, checklist auditing, and conducting operational readiness reviews. Pluses: Experience identifying, modeling, and managing complex multi-system technical dependencies and risks in data-heavy or AI-centric initiatives. Experience with infrastructure or data engineering development patterns (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, DevOps pipelines) to align governance processes with development speeds. Strong familiarity with utility sector data operations, regulatory standards, or legacy infrastructure environments. ## Description The Systems Specialist, GCP Delivery and Change Management Lead for the Enterprise Data, AI & Governance (ED&A) Data and AI Platforms team is a critical role responsible for coordinating delivery across all platform workstreams and managing the change management and rollout processes. This is a direct hire role to be located on a Hybrid basis 3 days a week In this role, you will lead delivery management across multiple parallel technical workstreams to ensure smooth, well-governed, and reliable platform releases. You will act as the core orchestrator tracking platform dependencies, technical risks, and schedule milestones.
