The team is responsible for analyzing business and technical processes, documenting business requirements, defining changes to business processes, configuration, testing and implementation of changes to the enterprise-wide business systems. This person serves as the primary point of coordination and communication for enhancements and projects being planned for the manufacturing, quality and planning area of SAP, and coordinates with business and technology teams to support and test integrated business systems to ensure they meet requirements. This role will provide leadership and expertise to team members and drives identification of opportunities for the effective use of SAP-related technology and the implementation of SAP-related solutions. What You'll Do * Represents the manufacturing operations team and provides SAP expertise on large-scale IT programs. * Manages the intake, prioritization and completion of enhancements and projects assigned to the Finance team. * Works cross functionally within the SAP team and across other IT organizations to resolve complex issues - with focus on manufacturing related execution systems (MES). * Reviews the resolution and proposed solutions for business and assesses their technical impact to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved in accordance with the existing global template and regulatory standards. * Ensures change control, access control, and landscape management processes are followed. * Builds strong working relationships and communicate effectively with partners in Business, the Business Relationship team and across the SAP-MD team. * Directly manages employee and contractor resources.
