Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities include: * Solution Design and Architecture: Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions that meet clients' requirements and leverage the ServiceNow platform and integrations effectively. Identify and solve potential challenges. * Implementation Support: Support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure the design is accurately implemented. Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms. * Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and optimizations to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions. Address performance bottlenecks. * Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans and ensure the technical deliverables meet quality standards and best practices. * Project Management: Work with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline.
