## About the Role

* Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI Eligibility and Polygraph.
 * DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification.
 * Hands-on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools.
 * Technical familiarity with Windows or UNIX-based operating systems, and their security requirements.

Desired Skills

 * Experience working with ICD requirements, RMF implementation.
 * Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as STIG Viewer, Nessus, and Splunk.
 * Experience performing; security system hardening, analysis, vulnerability management, DISA STIGs.
 * Experience applying ICD 503 using the JSIG or NIST 800-53 on diverse computing platforms.
 * Prior Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) or System Administration experience.
 * Current certifications in Security+, CCNA, CISSP, or others related to Networking and Cybersecurity.
 * Prior experience with Windows or Linux Operating Systems.

## Description

This position will perform duties as a Classified Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for systems located at the LM Space facility in Valley Forge PA., * Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.

 * Carry out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
 * Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
 * Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.
 * Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
 * Balance competing priorities in support of customer requirements and program success.
 * Manage closure of vulnerabilities and audit user activities on the systems.
