* Proven experience authoring functional specifications from business requirements.
 * Demonstrated track record working with ABAP developers to create/customize SAP solutions.
 * Direct experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
 * Strong analytical mindset with a history of driving data-based decisions that boost revenue and cut costs.
 * US Citizenship is required for this role

Desired Skills

 * Hands-on SAP configuration expertise (e.g., PM, MM, PP, PS, SD, MDG).
 * Experience with iDoc processing and integration patterns.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
 * Background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and enterprise asset/warehouse management (EAM/EWM).
 * Experience collaborating with military customers and navigating defense-specific compliance.
 * Proficiency with SAP Fiori and/or SAP Personas for modern user experiences.
 * Ability to facilitate change-management workshops and learning activities.
 * Solid product-ownership or project-management experience, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
