In this role, you will: * Develop and execute the overall Integration & Test (I&T) strategy and roadmap. * Partner with program leadership to define major integration and test milestones, success criteria, and execution plans. * Lead system integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance activities across the program lifecycle. * Manage requirements verification, traceability, test methodologies, and engineering metrics. * Develop and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and other integration and test planning artifacts. * Lead a team of Integration & Test engineers by assigning work, establishing priorities, and supporting technical execution. * Monitor integration and test progress, communicate program status, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure successful program execution. PLEASE NOTE * This position is located in the United States but requires regular extended travel to the United Arab Emirates to support customer engagement, program execution, and relationship building. * This position may occasionally support integration and test events during overnight or weekend hours., Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
