Key responsibilities include facilitating Solution Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, reporting the health of epic/feature delivery and overall program increment, and promoting agile principles/mindset through coaching. These individuals ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly, protect the Trains from disruptions, and drive continuous improvement.
