## About the Role

Do you have experience in Hospital experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education and Work Experience

 * High School Diploma required or equivalent required.
 * Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
 * Current and valid RN License preferred.
 * 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required.
 * Clinical experience preferred.
 * Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

 * Manages EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting.
 * Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems.
 * Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.
