## About the Role

* Experience developing software using C++.
 * Active security clearance required.
 * Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with or exposure to the Qt framework.
 * Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
 * Experience developing software in Windows and/or Linux environments.
 * Previous DoD, government contracting, internship, or military technical experience is a plus.

## Description

ISPA Technology is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support the development, integration, and testing of software solutions for our government and defense customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative technical environment.
What You Will Do

 * Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications using C++.
 * Assist with software integration, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
 * Participate in code reviews and software testing activities.
 * Work with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into software solutions.
 * Maintain clear technical documentation and follow established development standards.
 * Support continuous improvements to software performance and reliability.
