We seek a senior Program Manager who joins and serves as named Key Personnel in the proposal and owns the executive client relationship and Cognizant's on-site presence for the life of the engagement. To be considered for this role, you will have 12+ years of government or public sector executive leadership experience, including a track record of owning client relationships on large, complex IT engagements valued at $15M or more. Established relationships in the Hampton Roads or Virginia government and utility market are a significant plus. In this role, you will provide governance oversight above day-to-day program delivery, working alongside a technical Project Manager, and serve as Cognizant's senior on-site presence in Hampton Roads.
