This role will support CRM case management, customer engagement, workflow automation, data integration, reporting, and governed platform delivery while helping the customer deliver secure, reliable, accessible, and maintainable digital services. The successful candidate will develop, configure, test, document, and support platform capabilities under the direction of senior engineers and architects and will work closely with government stakeholders, architects, engineers, product owners, cybersecurity, operations, and business users to convert requirements into mission-aligned platform capabilities. The Mid-Level Salesforce Developer will provide hands-on platform development or integration support for Salesforce capabilities within the CRM, Integration, and Platform Services environment.
