## About the Role

You will work with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to address specific needs across a full suite of services. of Linux and automation. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. the root cause of a customer issue, investigate why a metric is trending in the wrong direction, launch a new service or feature, or discuss radical new approaches to automate operational processes.
