In this role, you will serve as a hands-on, customer-facing technical expert, collaborating directly with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, GTM, and Developer Evangelism. You will deliver code, often open source, to demonstrate the power of Twilio, help prove product market fit, and as a first-best user of Twilio's APIs, show the art of the possible both internally to other teams and publicly to the world. This person will help us get our ideas out into the world and provide hands-on feedback in the earliest stages of product development, yielding signals that will directly impact the trajectory of what and how we build. Responsibilities In this role, you'll: * Design and deliver high-quality, solution-oriented code, including quickstart repos, "Hello World" POCs, and demos, that serve as inspiration and a model for builders to adopt. * Be the high-bandwidth bridge between the market and the roadmap. You'll translate raw customer friction and "agentic" trends into actionable product strategy, ensuring we build what builders actually need. * Build brand trust and authority by delivering high-impact conference talks, producing technical deep-dives and blogs, and contributing to open source projects that demonstrate the product's value to the broader developer ecosystem. * Actively partner with PMs, GTM, and Engineering teams to provide actionable feedback on technical and product direction, user experience, pain points, and systemic challenges.
