What You Will Be Doing As the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability excellence across the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: * Develop and execute reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs to ensure high-performance, dependable systems. * Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize asset availability. * Identify and implement surveillance and testability methods, including condition monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance solutions. * Establish system-engineering principles for reliability, supportability, and maintainability across all life-cycle phases. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability practices into design, production, and de-commissioning. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Analyzes preliminary plans and develops reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives. May develop mathematical models to identify units, batches or processes posing excessive failure risks. As necessary, proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability.
