A Final Secret Clearance is required to start., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Integration and Test (I&T) * Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles * Experience with test fixture design, test procedure development, and test script creation * Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field * 5+ years of experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT * Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing * Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160 * Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand * Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements * Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results * Experience with design assurance reviews as it relates to verification methods and planning * Experience with preparing for Test Readiness and Flight Readiness Reviews ## Description You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products.
