 * Expertise in MS SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
 * Strong understanding of query optimization and performance tuning.
 * Experience with data migration and transformation processes.
 * Experience with Python and/or .NET for backend development.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for big data solutions.
 * Knowledge of ETL processes and database security.
 * Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
