## About the Role

 * Fundiertes Verständnis moderner MLOps- und CI/CD-Best-Practices sowie cloud-skalierbarer Architekturen
 * Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Stärke; sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; strukturierte Arbeitsweise und "We get things done"-Mentalität

## Description

Der Tribe Business Data Solutions ist verantwortlich für fachliche Integration und Bereitstellung von Daten der Geschäftskundenbank und für CRM Bedarfe darüber hinaus.

Die Rolle ist im Data Intelligence Squad verankert und agiert an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business (Marketing, Sales, CRM) und TDI (Data Engineering, MLOps).

Ziele der Rolle: Verantwortung für die fachliche Steuerung, Priorisierung und Operationalisierung datengetriebener Use Cases (Analytics, ML, GenAI) auf dem BlueSpace Data Hub (BDH) - von Unterstützung der fachlichen Owner in der Entwicklung von Prototypen bis zur regulatorisch sauberen, skalierbaren Produktion (MLOps) mit allem notwendigen Lifecycle Management.

Ihre Aufgaben

 * Fachliche Gesamtverantwortung für die Operationalisierung von KI-basierten Use Cases
 * Validierung von zusätzlichen Hypothesen und (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Prototypen
 * Überführung von Prototypen in produktionsreife, modulare Software-Artefakte
 * Sicherstellung von Versionierung, Reproduzierbarkeit, Tests, CI/CD, Monitoring und Logging
 * Enge Abstimmung mit DevOps-, Data-Engineering- und Architektur-Rollen
 * Verantwortung für AI-Governance Prozesse, Compliance, Datenschutz und Auditierbarkeit
