Betriebswirte/Fachwirte/Fachkaufleute (Fachschulniveau), * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Administration und Betrieb von Fortinet-Lösungen, insbesondere FortiGate (physisch und Cloud)

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Security-Grundlagen: Routing, VPN, Firewalling, NAT, TCP/IP
 * Praxis mit FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer und EMS
 * Erfahrung im MSP-/Serviceprovider-Umfeld bzw. in der parallelen Betreuung mehrerer Kunden
 * Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie sichere Kommunikation
 * NSE 7 bzw. gleichwertiges FCSS (alternativ NSE 4/5 mit Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung)
 * Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in FortiSwitch FortiAP, FortiMail

 * 2nd-Level-Support: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests sowie weiterführender Arbeiten
 * Entwicklung weitere MSP-Produkte
 * Betreuung und Pflege von FortiClient und FortiMail
 * Zentrale Verwaltung und Reporting über FortiManager und FortiAnalyzer
