 * Du analysierst Störungen, führst Fehlerdiagnosen durch und behebst technische Probleme nachhaltig.
 * Du planst und betreust Backup- und Wiederherstellungslösungen sowie Updates und Softwareinstallationen.
 * Du dokumentierst IT-Prozesse und unterstützt bei Schulungen zu Systemen und Anwendungen.
