* Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen im Bereich der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration und Support von Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
 * Automatisierung und Überwachung von Installations-, Konfigurations- und Updateprozessen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von LAN-, WAN- und WLAN-Netzwerken
 * Administration und Betreuung der Virtualisierungsumgebung auf Basis von Hyper-V
 * Administration und Betreuung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung
 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Active-Directory-Struktur
 * Bearbeitung komplexer Störungen im Rahmen des 3rd-Level-Supports und Durchführung von Troubleshooting
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufe
