 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Windows-Server- und Client-Infrastruktur gemäß definierter SLAs
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Support von Software und Hardware sowie die Überwachung der Systemleistung
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Durchführung von Datensicherungen und Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen
 * Verteilung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsupdates und Patches
 * Administration und Wartung von SAN-/NAS-Speichersystemen als auch Konfiguration und Betrieb von VMware-Umgebungen
 * Mitarbeit in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Zugangskontrolle und WSUS Management
 * Betreuung der Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) und Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen und Betriebsanweisungen im IT-Service-Management-System
