 * Betreuung von Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory sowie weiteren zentralen Microsoft-Technologien
 * Planung und Durchführung von Infrastruktur-, Migrations- und Cloud-Transformationsprojekten
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Übernahme der technischen Eskalation
 * Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit durch Patch-Management, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepte sowie Identity- und Access-Management
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften, Prozessen und technischen Änderungen sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
