## About the Role

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Help Desk Support team member to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone looking to build administrative experience and grow within a fast-paced work environment., * Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or help desk experience preferred, but not required

 * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
 * Positive attitude with strong communication skills
 * Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Skills Preferred

 * Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filtering, sorting)
 * Data entry and reporting
 * Customer service experience
 * Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
 * Strong time management

## Description

* Provide administrative support to plant operations and management team
 * Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and spreadsheets
 * Assist with tracking inventory, office supplies, and plant consumables
 * Create and maintain reports, logs, and documentation
 * Support purchasing activities and assist with purchase orders (POs)
 * Help employees with basic system, timekeeping, or administrative questions
 * Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
 * Organize files and maintain accurate records
 * Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned
