This role involves driving complex PCB schematic design, layout reviews, hardware bring-up, system integration, and in-depth debugging using advanced lab tools. The ideal candidate will lead the development and validation of cutting-edge Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and photonics-based networking systems, with strong expertise in signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), thermal co-design, and high-speed optical interfaces. You will collaborate closely with firmware, software, validation, manufacturing, and customer support teams to deliver high-performance solutions from concept through production and customer deployment.
