* Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC.

* Design, develop, and implement robust web applications and API services.
 * Develop software following established architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
 * Collaborate with development teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
 * Participate in code reviews and peer review activities to ensure code quality and maintainability.
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.
 * Mentor and support junior developers within the team.
 * Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
