## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * Experience developing applications using modern programming languages and software engineering practices.
 * Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and application design principles.
 * Experience working with source control systems, code reviews, and software development lifecycle processes.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

These Will Help You Stand Out

 * Experience developing customer-facing web or enterprise applications.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
 * Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

## Description

As a Junior Software Engineer , you will make an impact by developing and enhancing scalable customer experience solutions that improve user satisfaction, business outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate closely with product stakeholders, software engineers, quality engineers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused applications.

In This Role, You Will:

 * Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that support customer experience initiatives and business objectives.
 * Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
 * Support CI/CD activities, deployment processes, and production issue resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
