 * 6+ years of experience in Tableau development or data visualization, including integrating Tableau with data sources
 * 1+ years of experience in dashboard design, data analytics and modeling, and functional requirements development
 * Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the client site in Chantilly, Virginia
 * Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

 * 1+ year of experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
 * 1+ year of experience integrating data from relational, flat-file, and cloud-based data sources
 * 1+ year of experience supporting government or public sector clients
 * 1+ year of experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes or tools
 * 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or other analytics tools
 * Tableau certification

## Description

* Design, develop, and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for client-facing analytics solutions
 * Translate business and reporting requirements into dashboard logic, calculations, filters, and interactive visual outputs
 * Connect, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate and scalable reporting solutions
 * Lead analytics development activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, testing, and deployment support
 * Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and data professionals to deliver reporting products aligned to client objectives
