 * Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud engineering, and automation.
 * Experience leading engineering transformation initiatives.
 * Experience designing modern cloud-native delivery platforms.
 * Strong stakeholder management and architecture governance experience.
 * Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure engineering, and operational delivery models.
 * Previous experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Software Engineer, or Infrastructure Architect.
 * Cloud architecture certifications.
 * Kubernetes and container platform certifications.
 * Experience implementing DORA metrics, Value Stream Management, or Flow Metrics.
 * Experience with AI-enabled engineering platforms and Agentic SDLC capabilities.
 * Experience within a regulated financial services environment.
