Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. ## Description As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, you will support mission-critical network operations in a fully onsite, incident-management focused environment. You'll monitor, troubleshoot, and help maintain network connectivity across routers, switches, core protocols, telecom/ISP services, and microwave radio communications. This role is ideal for a network professional who thrives in a fast-paced operations setting and is ready to support essential transportation, utility, telecom, or railroad systems. This is a fully onsite role with a fixed second or third shift schedule: + 3:15 PM-11:15 PM, or + 11:15 PM-7:15 AM The workweek will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
