This role requires translating user stories and business requirements into technical solutions while enhancing and maintaining existing applications for performance and reliability. Working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum environment, the Developer partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, contributes to architectural decisions, and acts as a subject matter expert in debugging and performance optimization. *This position will be hired at the Developer II, Developer III, or Lead Developer level. ** This position is eligible to work remote, hybrid, or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
