## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist provide technical support for Post Tracking System (PTS) devices that are utilizing Windows 11. This position will troubleshoot hardware, Windows 11, USB connections and device drivers., * Diagnose and resolve hardware and device issues.

 * Setup, maintain and support PTS devices.
 * Install, test and replace devices.
 * Document technical issues.
 * Troubleshoot Windows 11, device driver and USB issues.
 * Track and update technical support request.
