The ability to communicate effectively with senior and director-level stakeholders, coordinate multiple workstreams, manage priorities, and drive activities through completion is critical to success in this role., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience. * Strong experience with SAP Materials Management (MM). * Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. * Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, modernization, or transformation initiatives. * Strong understanding of MM and warehousing business processes and their integration with other SAP modules. * Experience coordinating technical and functional teams across complex SAP projects. * Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. * Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to senior and director-level stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, identify issues, and drive tasks and deliverables through completion. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Ability to evaluate different technical approaches and confidently provide recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversions or migrations. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts. * Experience with warehouse management and MM-related processes. * Experience working on large-scale enterprise SAP transformation programs. * Experience coordinating system design, development, testing, change management, and implementation activities. * Project management, technical project leadership, or workstream leadership experience. * Experience working with external consulting or implementation teams. * Experience managing project dependencies, risks, issues, and technical deliverables. * Utility or other large, complex enterprise experience is a plus. ## Description The SAP Project Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and project coordination for SAP MM activities, serving as a key SAP subject matter expert and business/technical liaison.
