Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Experience managing complex, multi-variable business environments, including strategic partnerships, large multi-year commercial agreements, and partner-driven revenue models. Proven experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives across Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. EDUCATION Preferred Degrees: MBA, Finance / Accounting, Business Analytics / Data Analytics At this level, experience outweighs education. YOUR ROLE This role sits at the center of Customer Experience, Finance, and Go-To-Market-ensuring alignment between pipeline, delivery, and revenue. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we forecast, measure, and scale our business. A key focus will be owning the operational and financial performance of strategic partnerships, including large, multi-year commercial commitments (e.g., $240M agreements), ensuring they translate into measurable outcomes.
