The role requires strong electromagnetic testing expertise, project management, leadership, and client communication skills. ## Description General Description: The Sr Test Engineer position is responsible for leading a multi-client electromagnetic testing lab, overseeing RF, OTA, and EMC testing , developing lab operations, mentoring test engineers, troubleshooting client issues, and serving as the primary technical consultant.
