This is the organization responsible for what content sellers see, which sellers see it, when they see it, and through which channel. It is a high judgment, high visibility leadership role that directly shapes the experience of millions of independent sellers who represent over 60% of units sold on Amazon.com. This leader will be the single threaded owner of Amazon's seller communications ecosystem, spanning strategic communications, seller events, product marketing, creative content, and program management. The role requires someone who can operate at the strategic altitude of shaping Amazon's seller narrative while diving deep into operational execution across channels and partner teams. Every major seller facing announcement flows through this organization: fee changes, policy launches, enforcement actions, product releases, and high velocity events. The right leader brings high judgment, earns trust at every level, is right a lot, and has the ability to look around corners and think two steps ahead of the business. This person must be able to influence without authority across dozens of partner teams and coordinate the most complex, cross functional communications challenges at Amazon. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes the right call under pressure, and can hold both the seller's perspective and Amazon's business priorities in tension without defaulting to easy answers.
