## About the Role

* Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and enterprise data governance.
 * Experience in data analysis, root-cause analysis, and structured/unstructured data handling.
 * Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and Agile tools like Jira/ADO/Slack.
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with system integrations, archival platforms, and change management processes.

## Description

You will help shape enterprise data governance and archival strategies that meet regulatory and business needs. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data lifecycle management, as well as utilize skills in data privacy, compliance frameworks, and process optimization.

What you willdo at Sogeti:

 * Partner with stakeholders to inventory applications and define archival requirements.
 * Identify data sources, formats, and transformation needs for archival.
 * Define retention policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
 * Establish rules for data cleansing, de-duplication, indexing, and encryption/masking.
 * Support legal hold, search setup, and case management in OpenText InfoArchive.
 * Align data lifecycle management with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
 * Assist with environment deployments and Agile milestone tracking.
