Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree * An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position. * Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce. * Candidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future * Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Previous experience leading an operations team or acting as a senior escalation point. * Excellent communication and incident coordination skills. * Strong decision-making under pressure. Must be able to make independent risk based decisions while leading a small team during outages. * Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or equivalent * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. * Working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management. * Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. * Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching * Familiarity with Windows/Linux infrastructure and cloud environments. * Hands on experience in IT Cybersecurity, Network Operations, or Windows Server administration. * Preferred Qualifications * Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners * TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred * Previous shift-lead or team-lead experience in a DoD, military, or cleared NOC/SOC environment * Experience refining shift SOPs, playbooks, or escalation procedures based on operational trends ## Description We are currently seeking an Operations Shift Lead 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.
