To qualify for the role, you must have * Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree). * Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience. * System configuration experience. * Proficiency in system development lifecycle. * Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks. * 8+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil. * Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO). * At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect. * Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs. Ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have * Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. * A strong background in technology analysis and implementation. * Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives. * Prior consulting experience. * SAP certification(s). * Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module. * Additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role. * Experience in leading cross-functional teams. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
