* Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur an Schulen (Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Drucker)
 * Unterstützung von Lehrkräften und Verwaltung bei IT-Fragen und Problemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Update von Hardware und Software
 * Schulung von Lehrkräften und Mitarbeitern in der Nutzung digitaler Systeme
