 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Technischer Mechanik
 * Erfahrung in der Anwendung von FEM-Modellierungstools wie ANSYS
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich CFD-Analysen oder Schwingungsanalysen wünschenswert
 * Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-Konstruktionstools wie SolidWorks
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit PLM-Systemen wie PTC Windchill
 * Kenntnis luftfahrtspezifischer Normen und Zertifizierungsprozesse (EASA Part 21J)
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus

## Description

* Modifikation und statische Auslegung von Kabinen- und Innenausstattungen für Spezialflugzeuge
 * Durchführung und Dokumentation von Berechnungen sowie Nachweisführung für Interior-Bauteile
 * FEM-Analysen an metallischen und Sandwich-Bauteilen im Innenraum, z. B. mit ANSYS
 * Erstellung technischer Nachweise nach EASA Part 21J Vorgaben
 * Entwicklung von Testaufbauten in Zusammenarbeit mit On-Site-Support
 * Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung der Konstruktionsanforderungen
 * Konstruktion mittels 3D-CAD, bevorzugt SolidWorks, sowie Pflege im PLM-System wie PTC Windchill
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender Strukturen unter Berücksichtigung luftfahrtspezifischer Regularien
