 * Installation, Konfiguration und Management von Client- und Backend-Systemen im Windows- oder Linux-Umfeld
 * Installation und Administration der Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Konfiguration von Netzwerken inklusive VLAN und WAP sowie Firewalls und anderer Sicherheitssysteme
 * Planung sowie Implementierung neuer Hard- und Softwaresysteme und deren Applikationen
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit sowie die Erfassung, Dokumentation und Behebung von Störungen
