* Hochschulabschluss: Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich IT/Software Entwicklung oder Automatisierungstechnik

 * Erfahrung in der Kommunikation sowie dem angemessenen Umgang mit Kunden aus verschiedenen Kulturen
 * Fähigkeit und Wunsch, sich schnell in neue Dinge einzuarbeiten
 * Fähigkeit, elektrische, mechanische und softwarebasierte Probleme selbstständig zu lösen, aber auch sozial und kooperativ im Team zu arbeiten, um Lösungen zu erarbeiten, die das Systemunterstützungsgeschäft verbessern
 * Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Sozial-, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
 * Stressresistenz sowie organisierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Systemkompetenzen in den folgenden Bereichen sind von Vorteil: Linux OS, insbesondere Redhat/CentOS, Datenbankprogrammierung, Progress/Oracle, Java-Programmierung, Bosch Rexroth Antriebe/SPS, Siemens S7 Tiaportal, Allen Bradley Steuerung Logix
