## Description

* Du planst, leitest und steuerst nationale und internationale SAP Projekte und Programme bspw. bei S/4HANA und Cloud Transformationen oder Umsetzung von SAP Lösungen bei unseren Kund:innen.
 * Du kennst dich in SAP Technologien aus und führst Diskussionen und Gespräche auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen, Teilprojektleitern und Projektmitarbeitern zu technischen Problemstellungen.
 * Du übernimmst Führungsverantwortung und leitest und entwickelst ein oder mehrere Teams.
 * Du unterstützt beim Ausbau und leitest interne Communities, für die Identifikation und Weiterentwicklung von Best Practices, Tools und Ansätze, um unseren Beratungsservice kontinuierlich zu verbessern und den Kund:innen optimale Lösungen anzubieten., * Agil: Du bist der Meinung, dass eine flexible Denkweise genauso wichtig für den Erfolg ist wie Wissen und Fähigkeiten.
