S/4HANA Transformation: Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der internationalen S/4HANA Einführung, inklusive Customizing, Optimierung der Systemlandschaft und Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Rollouts

Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse in den Vertriebs- und Servicebereichen

Fachbereichsberatung: Konzeption und Realisierung von Prozessverbesserungen in enger Kooperation mit den Fachabteilungen

Systembetreuung & Support: Übernahme der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie Mitbetreuung des CRM-Systems (C4C)

Schnittstellenfunktion: Agieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die SAP Key-User und als fachlicher Sparringspartner innerhalb des SAP Inhouse Teams
