## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von VMware-vSphere-Umgebungen (ESXi, vCenter)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Serverinfrastrukturen (Windows/Linux) sowie Virtualisierungskonzepten

## Description

Für den Betrieb eines selbst betriebenen Rechenzentrums suchen wir aktuell eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit klarem Schwerpunkt in der Virtualisierung, insbesondere mit VMware als Kerntechnologie.

Sie unterstützen die bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur- und Rechenzentrumsprozesse und sorgen für einen stabilen, sicheren und reibungslosen Betrieb der Systeme im Rechenzentrumsumfeld.

Ihre Tätigkeit

 * Betrieb, Monitoring und Sicherstellung einer hochverfügbaren VMware-vSphere-Umgebung (ESXi, vCenter)
 * Administration und Lifecycle-Management virtueller Maschinen
 * Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting (2nd-/3rd-Level-Support)
 * Design und Konzeption von Virtualisierungs- und Infrastruktur-Lösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur
 * Automatisierung mittels PowerShell und Scripting
 * Mitarbeit an Virtualisierungs-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Projekten
