 * Betreuung und Abwicklung von IT-Beschaffungsprozessen, einschließlich Angebotseinholung, Recherche und Bestellmanagement
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von IT-Dokumentationen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Pflichtenheften
 * Administrative Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten sowie deren Vor- und Nachbereitung
 * Terminplanung, Nachverfolgung von Projektfortschritten und Pflege relevanter Daten im ERP-System
 * Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Anwenderschulungen
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von IT-Service-, Wartungs- und Lizenzverträgen
