Architekturkonzeption - Entwurf und Verantwortung von End-to-End-Software- und Syste- marchitekturen für E-Government-Anwendungen unter Berücksichtigung von Standards des Bundes und der Länder. - Technologische Beratung - Empfehlung und Evaluierung moderner Technologien, Frame- works und Architekturmuster (z. B. Microservices, Cloud-Native, API-First). - Schnittstellen-Design - Konzeption robuster Schnittstellen (REST, gRPC) und Anbindung an bestehende Register, Basisdienste sowie E-Government-Plattformen. - Prozessbegleitung - Enges Zusammenspiel mit Enterprise-Architekten, Produktverantwort- lichen (Product Ownern) und Entwicklungsteams von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Rollout. - Qualitätssicherung - Durchführung von Code- und Architektur-Reviews sowie Definition von Architektur-Guidelines zur Sicherstellung von Wartbarkeit und Performance. - Standards & Compliance - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben zu IT-Sicherheit (z.
